Refund policy

At The Gypsee Vault, we honor the unique and personal nature of tarot readings. Due to the intangible and personalized nature of our services, all tarot reading purchases are final sale. This means:

  • Once a tarot reading session is booked and paid for, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

  • You may reschedule your reading only within 24 hours of booking your appointment. After this 24-hour window, the appointment is fixed.

  • Please review your booking carefully before confirming your appointment.

  • If you have any concerns or issues with your reading, please contact us — we are here to support you.

30-Day Return Policy for Products

We want you to love your purchases from The Gypsee Vault. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and digital products (including downloadable guides or courses) are non-returnable.
